BACKSTORY:
Moretti made a late start in Starfleet, having decided on a left turn in her counselling career. She was so well noted over an unexpectedly bumpy cadet cruise that she graduated a LTJG. Emergency reorganization of some Fleet assets had her assigned an acting Chief Counsellor on Blue Base, with a field rank of Lieutenant to boot. Born and raised in the countryside, she loves offering her services in any arboretum.
